Patricia Leimomi Salvador celebrates 15 years as the owner of Fish & Poi Chefs

She became involved in her profession after growing up learning how to cook. She attributes her success to the way she was raised by her parents, knowing the right people and having a strong work ethic.
Ms. Salvador received an Associate of Science in food service in 1989. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
